  1. This is because we are all living in a fast pace lifestyle, we are all busy with our daily schedule and forgets to be health conscious, and we only become a health watcher once we feel some pain that we cannot tolerate anymore.

  2. Actually the alkaline acid chart showed me the vegetables and fruits that are rich in acid and alkaline content. If before my days are filled with loss vigor, feeling of weakness, and unhealthy lifestyle. Now I already felt strong. I was high on energy. I can wake up early without feeling sick and tired. In a few days, the alkaline diet somehow restored my health especially now that I am getting older.
