This is a great article on how to help tired eyes if you stare at a computer for many hours a day. Another suggestiion to awaken tired eyes is to rub your hands together briskly for about 15 seconds and then cup your palms over your eyes and breathe deeply. The energy from your hands can revive tired eyes. I also like to take frequent breaks from computers and other electronic devices and close my eyes and breathe. I try to take out the visual stimulation and notice how I am feeling. We rely so much on our sight that it can be interesting to try to "feel" what is going on in your body instead of relying on what you see! My favorite pose for this is guha or hidden pose.
